Flag Football Clinic

3 Day Camp

The camp will focus on teaching the essential skills needed to play flag football with some techniques that will apply to tackle football as well.

Speed, Agility and Footwork skills with some Strength exercises will all be addressed.

Each position will be covered so that all participants will be ready to play where ever needed on the field.

Bring plenty of water, Gatorade and some snacks so the player will have the energy needed to complete each day.

Parents do not have to stay for the camp duration. Just be sure to be back at Noon.

Cleats are highly recommended so that the player will have good grip on the field.
